Shipping

All orders received no later than 5:00 PM Pacific Time require 1-2 full business days for processing. Standard shipping time for items that are in stock is 5 to 10 business days. Please note that orders are shipped on BUSINESS DAYS ONLY (This excludes weekends and holidays).

Sabal Palm charges a flat rate shipping fee for all domestic orders.

Sabal Palm does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced or incorrectly delivered shipments if we are not provided with the correct address information at the time of purchase.

Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages

Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued a refund.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders on this site are expected to ship within 3-4 weeks.
